We like to manage the entire design and build process in-house which means there is less for our clients to do, making an often difficult process a lot easier. To start, we offer a free consultation and clearly outline the costs associated with the design and build process. We will investigate your site to ensure all development constraints are known so they can be planned and allowed for in the design.

 

We will draft a concept design based on your ideas, passions, and lifestyle and also impart our signature style, with your blessing, to make sure your house is unique and specific to you. 

Once we are comfortable with the concept design, pricing and any town planning approvals, we will develop your design by providing more detail and clarity to help you better understand the end result.

We will organise and manage all other design disciplines required for your project to obtain building approval and for Kylan to commence construction, including but not limited to -

We bring in trusted subcontractors and manage the build ourselves to ensure that the work being done is up to our standard of quality (we can also take a hands-on approach and get involved in the labour if the job calls for it). We choose to use superior techniques and materials that ensure our builds will not only last, but require little maintenance to keep them looking new for many years to come.
