Off form concrete was always to be the showcase element in the design of this house, having the natural ability to create clear open space with minimal detail.

Brutalist industrial was the original stylistic intent, but the allowance of plentiful natural light, ventilation and greenery allows the house to feel comfortable and homely, despite its inspirations. 

​

The practical benefits of concrete provide an extremely solid structure, great energy efficiency, and soundproofing between floors (which is essential for any family home).
